Accompanying Family Members & Children

Family members and children are welcome to accompany registered participants. Advance arrangements are required, and all accompanying guests must be recorded through the attending participant's registration form.

Anyone of junior high school age or older who wishes to attend the conference must register separately and pay the applicable attendance fee. However, family members accompanying registered participants for accommodations or meals only do not need to register separtely for the conference.

Meal prices for accompanying children, along with further details and options, are provided on the registration form.

Dining at NIYE

Flexible Meal Choices

On-campus dining options are limited, and participants are strongly encouraged to reserve their meals in advance through WELL registration. Cafeteria Fuji sells a limited number of same-day lunch tickets through vending machines, but these may sell out. Breakfast and dinner atCafeteria Fuji require advance reservations.

Dashi Labo Café also serves breakfast and lunch, while fun.cafe! offers primarily light refreshments. However, availability at these establishments is not guaranteed, and participants should not rely on obtaining meals without advance arrangements.

Meals are included in applicable registration packages. During registration, you may opt out of individual included meals, and the corresponding amounts will be deducted from your total registration fee. Meals for accompanying family members or other guests may also be added during registration.

All meal selections are final upon submission of the registration form. No meals may be added, removed, or changed afterward, whether for registered participants or accompanying guests. No subsequent meal deductions or refunds will be available.

Saturday dinner is held at Dashi Labo (¥3,500). No alternative Saturday dinner is offered as part of the WELL registration packages.

Conference Subsidies

Limited financial subsidies may be available to help make WELL 2027 accessible to more participants. Those interested are welcome to contact WELL directly to inquire about possible support. All inquiries will be handled confidentially.

Important Deadlines

DECEMBER 1, 2026

FULL REFUND DEADLINE: Last day to cancel and receive a full refund, excluding nonrefundable payment processing fees.

JANUARY 31, 2027

FINAL REGISTRATION: Last day to submit your conference registration. Advance registration is required; on-site registration will not be available.

FEBRUARY 13, 2027

FINAL CANCELLATION DEADLINE: Last day to request cancellation. Full refunds, excluding nonrefundable payment processing fees, are available only through December 1, 2026. Cancellation requests received after December 1 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests received by December 1, 2026, are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, excluding nonrefundable payment processing fees. Requests received after this date and through February 13, 2027, will be considered individually, and refunds are not guaranteed. Please review the complete cancellation policy on the registration form before submitting your registration.

Practical information about arrival, check-in, luggage arrangements, and other preparations will be provided to registered participants before the conference.
